Hi Everyone,

Happy Spring, Summer to you. I think I am safe to say that the cold weather is behind us. I think.

As I do every news letter, if we are lucky enough, I want to welcome to the MLC family those who live and have a business in Flossmoor Building. That’s right; we have gone to the suburbs!

In an addition to the Flossmoor building we opened our second building in the Austin neighborhood on Pine Street and another building in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on Hirsch Street. Welcome everyone!

I think I would like to go over the basics with all of you in this newsletter. I will then attach some concerns I have with your particular building separately.

Please check the batteries in your smoke and CO2 detectors. It is your responsibility to replace them. Do not take this lightly. Your family is worth more then a battery. Please make sure that the doors close behind you. Safety is our number one concern. Air conditioners must be put in properly. All windows should have screens. Please do not take the screens out of the windows and do not open the windows that do not have screens. You all know, or I hope you all know, that we do not allow any smoking in our hallways and elevators. Please be considerate to your neighbors by limiting loud music.

If you have a problem in your unit or store, please call or email the office. We will then create a work order. Do not expect our people to do the work without a work order from the office.

Email is a great way to communicate your needs and for us to communicate with you. Our email address is office@mlcproperties.com The one thing you all have in common is that the rent is due on the FIRST of each month.

Please avoid the late charges; your rent is due on the First.
