I have been very pleased with my renting experience from Marty, the proprietor of MLC. I've been a tenant for many years. The bldg I live is vintage for sure. And yes, stuff goes wrong - a leaky radiator, pipes frozen once, a loud neighbor, and other minor issues. But, the good **far** outweighs the bad.
